Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha): Ashwagandha dried root is a well well known for its aphrodisiac adaptogen and immuno modulating properties. Plant contains bitter alkaloids "Somniferin" having hypnotic property which reduces stress, and which has been blamed for worsening conditions like hypertension and diabetes. It has shown spermopiotic activity (Dr. D.N. Majumdar and P.C. Gupta, Barngales) in clinical studies. Withanolides 2.5% a special group of pharmacologically active compounds are responsible for various activity of the Ashwagandha infuses fresh energy and vigor in person and prevents premature decay AsphaItem (Shilajeet): It is a powerful tonic and alternative which is useful in a variety of disease especially genito-urinary and in diabetes (Andhra medical Journal). Fulvic acid is considered to be the active principal of the mineral and the drug is standardized to contain NLT 50% fulvic acid. Asparagus Officinals (Safedmusli): The drug contains a group of pharmacologically active compounds called Asparagosides which have estrogen like activity, and have been used in treatment of infertility and sterility. Herbs do not contain starch which is an advantage for diabetics. Asparagur Racemouse (Shatavari): Herb contains active ingredient known as Shtavarins range from 1 to 4 which have the similar activities to estrogens. Herb is very useful for seminal debility & anaemia. Mucuira Prurient (Kaunch Bee): It is one of the best aphrodisiac & nervine tonics. In Ayurveda, this herb is used for spermopiotic activity. In vivo studies it has shown testosterone like activity. The herbs contain dopamine lecithin and manganese. It also contains a number of alkaloids like mucunin and pruridin. Myristica officinalis (Jaiphal): Volatile oil of the herbs contains 4.8% myristicin, the active ingredient of the herbs. Its action on uterus is peripher oil and is related to methoxy group present in the drug. The drug has aromatic odor and has stimulant properties, it has anesthetic action on the C.N.S.
